Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about joining our supportive community and growing your therapeutic practice with Evergrove Collective.

General

What is Evergrove Collective?

Evergrove is a dedicated peer support community designed specifically for mental health professionals to connect, grow, and end professional isolation together. Evergrove collective also serves as therapist directory for clients seeking a therapist.

Who can join the collective?

Our collective is open to grad students, associates, and licensed mental health practitioners who value community, peer learning, and professional collaboration.

Is Evergrove a clinical supervision service?

While we offer consultation and peer support, we are not a formal supervision body. Several of our licensed clinicians do offer supervision through their individual private practices for a fee. If you would like additional information for supervision, please contact us at info@evergrovecollective.com

Membership

How do I join the Evergrove Collective?

Joining is simple. Click any 'Join the Collective' button to get started, or click here for easy access. We are excited to welcome you!

What are the different membership tiers?

We offer three different tiers designed to match your level of expertise (grad student, associate, or licensed).

Can I change my membership tier later?

As you grow in your level of experience, you will advance in tiers. For example, grad students begin in the student tier and upon gaining their associate number will advance to the next tier and so forth.

Where do I go to access my current member benefits?

You can access all your therapist exclusive benefits, including consultation and resource libraries, by logging into the member portal at https://app.heartbeat.chat/evergrovecollective

Finding a Therapist

How do I know which therapist is right for me?

We recommend reviewing the specialties listed on each therapist's profile. Most of our members offer a brief consultation call to ensure a good fit before beginning sessions.

What if I need specialized support?

Evergrove Collective includes specialists in trauma, family dynamics, LGBTQIA+, and more. Use our directory filters to find practitioners with the specific expertise your journey requires. If you are looking for something specific and do not see it listed in our therapy directory, please feel welcome to contact us at info@evergrovecollective.com

Can I connect with multiple therapists at once?

You are welcome to contact several practitioners initially to check their availability; however, for stability and depth in your healing process, you should choose a single provider for your primary care. An exception applies if you are seeking a mix of individual therapy and couples counseling.
